Yoga helps improve flexibility, strengthen muscles, and enhance posture. In addition to these physical benefits, regular practice can also boost concentration and reduce stress.
Class Structure:
The session begins with breathing exercises and self-awareness. It is followed by gentle joint movements, warming-up exercises, and then asanas focused on flexibility and strength. The exercises gradually become more gentle, and the class concludes with a breathing exercise—shavasana with a fragrant natural oil.
