This class combines stretching exercises, bodyweight workouts, mobility, cardio, and HIIT. It is suitable for both experienced individuals and complete beginners. The trainer will tailor the exercises to your needs.
Join the regular workout every Thursday at 7:30 a.m. on the 5th floor of the Dock in Five building, in the exercise room within Scott.Weber Workspace. The workout is free for Scott.Weber Workspace members.
