This class is a combination of stretching exercises, bodyweight training, mobility, cardio, and HIIT. The workout is suitable for both experienced individuals and complete beginners. The trainer will tailor the exercises to meet your needs.

Join the regular workout every Thursday morning on the 5th floor of the Dock in Five building in the exercise room at Scott.Weber Workspace. The class is free for Scott.Weber Workspace members.
