NR7: More Than Just Offices. More Like a Club.

A monumental light installation, a winter garden, a fitness studio, a dance hall, and a wellness center. These are the signature elements of the new office space opened by Scott.Weber Workspace in the heart of Prague. Founder Adam Zvada shares how a billion-crown transformation turned a neo-baroque building into a space that redefines the future of work.

The centerpiece of the newly renovated building at Náměstí Republiky 7 is a thirty-meter light installation majestically suspended through the central staircase, connecting the floors of this eight-story building in downtown Prague. This sculptural element symbolizes the extensive renovation of the 1905 structure into a modern 21st-century office space – a flagship showcase and the latest addition to the portfolio of Scott.Weber Workspace, the largest Czech provider of serviced flexible offices

The contrast between heritage and modern demands defines one of Prague’s most ambitious office projects. The design of the light installation alone sparked intensive debate.

“We discussed every detail – even brightness – and took the same precise approach to every element of the project: every light, wallpaper, and surface,” says Adam Zvada, founder of Scott.Weber Workspace. “The new building features top-quality materials and amenities that create a truly premium working environment. There’s nothing else like it in Prague – and it was sorely needed.”

Location Matters

Situated just steps from the Náměstí Republiky metro station, Palladium and Kotva shopping centers, and Masaryk Railway Station, the building offers unbeatable access.

“Location, location, location,” Zvada emphasizes the real estate mantra. “Náměstí Republiky is a prime business address. A prestigious location for companies that want to be at the center of everything.”

From Bank to Lifestyle Hub

The transformation of the former bank branch, valued at over one billion CZK, was anything but easy.

“This was the toughest renovation I’ve ever done – and the same goes for the general contractor,” Zvada admits. “Building on a greenfield site is nothing compared to renovating 6,000 square meters of a historic building while meeting heritage preservation requirements and the high standards of Scott.Weber.”

The result is a space that combines the best of both worlds. Spanning 4,630 m², the building offers state-of-the-art offices and amenities that raise the bar for work environments. Ninety offices, seventeen meeting rooms, two terraces with views of Prague, a game room, an afterparty club with a wine cellar, a modern fitness studio, a dance hall, a winter garden… and seven fully equipped kitchens, a restaurant, and a wellness center. At Scott.Weber, this blend is known as a lifestyle center. The grand opening is planned for July.

Expansion Across Prague and Beyond

But the ambitions don’t stop there. In Smíchov’s Anděl district, Scott.Weber is launching a new center, Idea Hub, aimed at business clients seeking an inspiring environment for work and networking. Four floors and 4,100 m² combine offices, coworking spaces, event venues, and stylish relaxation zones. There are 17 meeting rooms, A/V equipment, a massage room, a barber shop, and a pool table. City views, biophilic design, and a community vibe set the tone for everyday work.

Outside Prague, the company is expanding to Ostrava with a new flexible office space in the intelligent Organica building – an architecturally bold and technologically advanced development in the city center. An entire floor combines coworking, private offices, and dynamic event areas in a setting that merges wellness with innovation. A salt wall, relaxation zones, massage chairs, scooters, arcade games, and a pool table create a space where both work and people thrive. With BREEAM Excellent certification, smart systems, and a focus on community, Organica is a model for modern, flexible, and human-centered workspaces.

A Cherry on Top in Karlín

And the cherry on top? The community-driven PernerKARLÍN in Karlín – a venue designed for unforgettable events. With a capacity of up to 300 people, it sets a new standard for immersive and community-driven gatherings in Prague.

“We care about creating a full customer experience,” says Zvada. “Someone once calculated that we spend up to 100,000 hours of our productive life in the office. That’s a lot of time – and we want to make every day as good as it can be. Our goal is for people to come to work happy – and leave just as happy to go home to their families.”
