Come and try your hand at making traditional dumplings under the guidance of our Asian cuisine instructor, Mia. You will learn to prepare pork and Napa cabbage gyozas as well as chicken wontons with spring onion. To accompany them, we will also make homemade chili oil and a soy sauce with rice vinegar dipping sauce. All dishes can be enjoyed immediately on-site.
We provide all kitchen equipment, aprons, and recipes.
