DOCK, the fourteenth center of Scott.Weber Workspace, won the award in the Hub & Co-working Office of the Year category. The DOCK location, with its focus on wellbeing and productivity, sets new standards for a “wellbeing workplace.” This fourth victory in the competition is a recognition of our efforts to raise the level of services, create better experiences, and set higher benchmarks with each new center opened.

The fourteenth Scott.Weber Workspace DOCK center was opened in March 2024 in Prague 8, near the Vltava River backwater. This center is built fully in line with our mission expressed by the motto “Live your workday.” Our goal is to change how people perceive their workday – so that work and the surrounding environment are not just about efficiency but allow our members to live each day to the fullest. We help achieve this by creating an environment where people feel at home, inspired, and connected to the community around them; an environment where they can develop both professionally and personally while receiving the best service.

The strictest criteria for connecting productivity and wellbeing include services and facilities aimed at supporting a healthy body, caring for a healthy mind, and social wellbeing to support the inclusion of companies and individuals.

To support a healthy body, employees can stretch at any time during the day, go to the fitness center, practice yoga, play foosball or billiards. One of our meeting rooms is designed in the style of a salt cave with beneficial stones. For mental wellbeing, our center includes relaxation corners, quiet rooms, massage services, a room with a fireplace, massage chairs, and even places for sleeping. For socialization and personal development, we co-organize meetups, educational trainings, and social events.

Regarding productivity, the new location in the DOCK complex has a total of 350 office seats, coworking spaces for 30 people, 12 meeting rooms with a total capacity of 74 people, 25 shared rooms for concentration and collaboration, such as focus rooms and team rooms, and phone booths. The center also includes event spaces connected to a terrace and its own kitchen for up to 80 people.

All offices are also equipped with electric height-adjustable desks, allowing easy transitions between sitting and standing work positions, which contributes to better physical health and increased productivity. Similarly, office chairs meet the highest ergonomic standards and offer extensive adjustment options.

Finally, there is a wide range of refreshments or three fully equipped kitchens with carefully selected drinks and snacks. The main kitchen is equipped with four kitchen islands, similar to those in cooking classes, allowing our clients to prepare a wide variety of dishes using fresh ingredients from our own garden, where they can find basil, mint, saffron, parsley, or thyme.
